I have experienced 2 sides of NIEM, one as a student and one as a senior coordinator. Both my experiences have been the best experiences of my life. As a student, NIEM has given me the biggest platform for getting into the world of brilliant events, and an amazing set of faculty who gave us the right knowledge related to the current scenario of events, be it technical or personality development. As a coordinator I have also been lucky enough to experience the Management side of NIEM, such a well organised management. The management always believed that the faculty and coordinators are all secondary but the students of the college are its first priority. To summarize it all 'NIEM is a place where you can change your DREAMS to REALITY'.
